No minimum purchase is required for free delivery
There are no hidden shipping charges at checkout
Cash on Delivery (COD) availability depends on serviceability in your location

4. Order Tracking

At present, international shipping may not be available.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details while placing orders.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a damaged or tampered package:

Please record a 360° unboxing video immediately without edits or cuts
Do not accept visibly damaged packages if possible
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Claims without proper unboxing proof may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

8. Delayed Deliveries

While we try our best to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
