At Angellix Dropletz, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect all products before dispatch to ensure you receive the best quality jewellery.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

Wrong product delivered
Damaged product received
Missing items in the package
Manufacturing defects

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
Unboxing video and product images are mandatory for verification
The product should not have scratches, damages, or signs of usage
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Products returned without proper proof may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and jewellery safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

Earrings
Customized or personalized jewellery
Sale or clearance products
Used or damaged items
Products without original packaging
Gift cards

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will provide:

Replacement of the same product (subject to stock availability), or
Refund

Only one exchange or replacement request will be accepted per order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours if:

The item is defective
The product is damaged
You received the wrong item

Without proper unboxing proof, refund or replacement requests may not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected by us, the refund will be processed within 2 working days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used while placing the order. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
